Tensions are high in Chicago after a disturbing video surfaced showing ICE agents detaining multiple U.S. citizens during a street operation.

The video captures two agents tackling a woman to the ground, kneeling on her back, and zip-tying her hands as onlookers shout that she is a U.S. citizen. Witnesses can be heard pleading with agents to stop, claiming the individuals being detained had valid identification and no criminal record.
